Sub-Zero Repair Service Chicago, IL Book a visit

Contact

Two ways in, and no form in sight

The phone gets you a person around the clock. The booking page gets you a slot without having to talk to anybody. There is deliberately no contact form here and no email address anywhere on this site — nothing would be listening at the other end of one.

Have these to hand

  • Model and serial number, off the plate on the frame rather than the manual
  • What the cabinet is holding now, and what the display says it is holding
  • What changed in the week before it started — a power cut, a move, a full load
  • Which neighbourhood you are in, so the visit goes onto the right run

Most faults narrow to two candidates on those four answers alone, which is the difference between a visit that diagnoses and a visit that guesses.

What the callback sounded like

4.9out of 5954 reviews

  • Production had dropped to almost nothing over the summer. He checked the fill and the water pressure at the tap first, and it came down to a filter that had never been changed since the rehab.

    Harriet L. · Lincoln Park

  • Wall of frost coming back a few days after every clear-out. He traced it to a door that was not sealing at the top corner, adjusted the hinge and fitted a gasket, and it has stayed clean since.

    Tabitha R. · Roscoe Village

  • The bin sensor had failed so it kept running and packing itself solid. He diagnosed it in about ten minutes, had the part with him, and did not try to sell me anything else while he was here.
